I respect you kette and I know someone saw my post a few hours ago about the "high" of the day which I deleted immediately because the system is unbelievably simple it might confuse people again.

It's either you don't trade or you get pips. Merlin could have revealed this once and for all but he chooses not because that's what a riddle does.

The system is real and simple, but the depth is only uncovered through wonder and dedication.

Hello aaven, this is just a method I use in any chart, any pair.

A Swing High = 1 candle higher with 2 candles lower on each side (5 candles).
Using an H1 chart, draw a line out at the bottom of the wick on the fifth candle,
the candle on the right.
Using a 5 or 15 minute chart now, price (candles) should start to clearly stay
below the line with two or three candles... this is validation. Open sell trade.
My target is usually back down to where the move started
going up before the swing high took place.

I do not subscribe to the theory that the high or low of the day is based on every hourly candle that develops throughout the day because Merlin said,

Otherwise, you make multiple trades based on the high/low and higherhigh/lowerlow while it keeps ticking your stop loss.

Listen to this,

> as soon as the daily high or low has been hit on the 60 minute charts, switch to your 1 minute charts. if the daily high or low has also been hit on the 1 minute chart, the signal is confirmed.

You need to confirm the high and low of the day, it is not fixed yet. Only when it is confirmed do you trade it.

People get fixated on the ridiculous idea that the high or low can be determined automatically, this is the problem with those people ridiculing this amazing strategy.

They thought Merlin can determine the high or low of the day automatically, it defies commonsense and counters the statement of Merlin himself,

> each day at 5pm EST you start watching the chart. it may take hours and hours of watching the chart, but keep watching until the high or low for the day has been hit.

Why does he need to watch the chart when it can even be determined at the beginning of the trading day? Because that is not what he meant.

So how do you determine the high or low of the day after watching the charts? Reread post #1. The answer is so simple it's laughable.

I traded according to the future, both directions are correct.
