Account_Risk (1=1%) dosen't control lot sizing.

When 100 - (100 * account_risk)) / 100) * AccountBalance() > AccountEquity() - it "pushes" the StopAll button (function).

Fx. set to 1 : 100 - (100 * 1) / 100 * AccountBalance() = 0, meaning dosen't ever trigger any stopall.

I would like to stretch what XXL205 has posted here...if you use Ikarus with manual intervention and without hedging, you can get good results.I started using it this way 4 months ago with good and stable results until now

Yes, lots of small gains followed by disaster. This is a typical symptom of such systems. Elimination of disasters is always only declared. There is no specific solution described anywhere.

Hi all, hope you are all doing well.

I am sorry that I can't really contribute with settings at the moment, because I have not been using the system how I have originally set it up.

GBPUSD simply was the only pair I have been trading the last months, mostly short. Yes, scary countertrades included ^^ but it played out very well.

I've had a very nice contact with one of the members here regarding the developement and ideas for the EA. And I have promised to set up a demo with my actual settings again.

Until now I've been using Icarus with GBPUSD mainly as a trading tool. Did all entries myself and used it just for closing up or adding lots.
One of the features I like most is that you can tell it to stop after the active set of trades. I don't want it to be always in the market.

If there is a demo slot available on my trading server, I will go on with testing Icarus hopefully

I am yet to decide if I want to go "more public". Until now, I won't share myfxbook live. But I think about putting up a signal. Or even a YT-Livechannel.
But these are far far away thoughts because my trading style is weird even to me and I am not sure if I want to show it to anybody yet ;-)

I have a drawdown stop out of 5%...so far it has been hit one time-the other weeks have been successful-beside ccfp weekl, level three i use the mataf website currency strength to filter out more pairs.As i said so far so good-as always time will tell the truth.Have a good weekend all

Hi everyone, programmers and the owner of the post alike!

Beautiful thread I must say. - However I have one and an only request to make, to any good samaritan programmer to help include these three (3) option to the EA.
• ------------ USE TRAILING STOP option (False/True) -------
• Trailing Start
• Trailing Stop
• Trailing Step
I know already there's "Profit Lock %" option already but for some of us, it ain't doing much of what we really require when concerning securing profits. - I like it the old way . Anybody can help? And if that's added I'll have an option to set the "Profit Lock" option to Zero (0) as I'll not be using it anymore.
