Hahaha, yeah little nausea, lightheaded and a bit of sweating. But nothing I cant handle.

Morning 2 nice trades and I'm done have errands to run this morning before it gets too hot. Euro was a nice breakout and continuation of the trened trade.
Gbp was a nice pattern trade with converging lower swing highs and higher swing lows. Wish every day would be so simple.

My favorite shopping day, protein and alcohol. Got some beautiful Rib Eyes, a huge Brisket, some nice thick Pork chops(pork so much better here), 2 chickens,
a kilo of Shrimp, 2 kilos of Sea Bass. Sweet and Hot Italian sausage, Chorizo. A case of Indio, 12 pack of Negro Modelo, a case of Barrilito, a bottle of hornitos plata(great for Margaritas) and found a bottle of Casa Dragones anejo for sipping. BTW this will last us a long time. We eat pretty healthy.

2 trades, think I'm done for the day.

The second chart has a so called "Smart ADX" I'm looking at not impressed, but I'll look a little more.

Pretty much a flat NY session 1 trade on GBP

1 Trade on Euro price action not great, guess waiting for FOMC. Got out at 40 ticks which is great for a meh day.

Added 1 last trade happy with my day, just traded with the trend. GBP had a much jumpier downtrend, not tradeable to me..

2 quick trades this morning. Then I fell asleep, didn't sleep well last night. PA kind of messy.

PA is messy today. It is just the GDP number and Yellin is going speak on the negative number and maybe the Biden also. So I think traders are waiting to see what they say before they commit. Have a great day everyone.

What was your reasoning behind not taking an entry on the previous candle (I marked in yellow) ?

Ok Tradista, Pretty simple from 5:30 till that entry point PA was a kind of an uptrend that was breaking down. So Price reached a high about 6am. Price continued to make higher lows till I took make where price broke resistance(draw a trend line 5:30 through 6;30 price broke the tl 2nd candles after your marked entry whcih could be an aggressive entry there, but higher swing low pattern was still intact. So you have lower swing highs forming and higher swing lows forming a triangle. You entry doesn't break the resistance of the triangle it breaks 2 candles later but pattern og higher swing lows is not broken. I waited for break of the triangle and break in the swing lows before I entered. I was patient because PA was kind of messy. Hope this helps. Looking a naked charts and focusing on Price Action/Structure can be enlightening.

thanks RP, so you'll always look at PA first to get a sense of what is going on and then wait for the indicators to provide a setup for entry.
I guess we can say that you'll basically be waiting for HH-HLs to end and wait for LL-LH to form, thus change of trend, right ?
Do you look at HTFs for confirmation ?
