Another strong bearish candle could form tomorrow as a part of ,, 3 bar continuation PA ,, . The same formed 2 weeks ago .

This time with a possible retest of 1.0470 area .

My simplified, roughly S/R levels for Thursday and Friday...

1. 1.0490 could act either as strong resistance or as pivot.
2. Bears have to break below 1.0406 for continuation!

I've been working with my orders, but buying the funds for the holidays. I hope to be sure of that...

EUR/USD extended its rejection from trendline resistance around 1.0600 as hawkish comments from Fed Chair Powell boosted the greenback and sent the pair back below the key 1.0500 level.

The inability to close above 1.0600 earlier this week followed by Wednesday's breakdown does open the door for this pair to retest its lows. However, it is important to remember that all trading carries risk especially with with EU and US inflation due on Thursday which will likely add volatility.
