I think Oanda FXTrade is unreliable

I do not understand how my two TPs of 6 pips each were both by-passed. The candle past my Targets by 14 Pips. Can anyone help me with this? See chart below:

the link does not help and on live chat they have no idea and just keep saying follow the link

Spread was more then 14pips... This is a problem when you don't have fixed spread.

I already told him that Meta4 doesn't show the true price, it shows the average. To see the true price you need to look at desktop live version. Unfortunately he wasn't interested in the truth. Only wanted to spam any thread that had the word "Oanda" in it. Nothing under handed happened, just a trader who doesn't understand the platforms. A 15 second chat with support would have cleared up any questions he had.

Not to mention trying to scalp a minor pair during the Asian session.

notice the huge spread (attached screen shot) after my SL got hit. price between bid and ask: 1.30446/ 1.30692

my GU order hit SL at 1.3076 30 mins ago at MT4 time 00:05:49. highest average bid:1.30521/highest ask(per OANDA helpdesk):1.3077.
25 pips spread slippage!? not even high volume or major news.
contacted helpdesk and she say will feedback to her team.

The wide spread continued for an hour slowly reducing to normal within an hour.

have traded with oanda for several years. this slippage is quite significant.
lost confidence in them.

any thoughts?

Dont trade when market is opening/closing around midnight Europe time.
Liquidity is lowest then because of the fact there is no high volume as you mentions and therefore slippage will be high.
Only way you should be entering a trade during that time is if you have some day/week/month trading setup with SL that is 200 pip + away

this shouldnt happen for major pair like GU.

i have contacted helpdesk to look into the details.

After their investigation, they told me the spread is NORMAL.
I kept pestering them if 20 to 30 pips is normal ?

They kept replying the same response that the spread is normal and valid at that point of trigger

I have lost confidence in them and shall not recommend them anymore to people around me.

Any other brokers to recommend ?
