Hi mrtools

Firstly, thanks for all of your work - it is appreciated by folk like me for whom creating excel formulas is the limit of my coding ability. I've been playing with your dpwwma & jma lines and the related oscillator for the last few days (as well as many others you have created) and really like the backtesting results I've seen across a range of markets.

I am looking for an indicator that is a derivative of your dpwwma & jma oscillator. I'm trying to gauge if the differences between the MA's is accelerating or decelerating in a clear and unambiguous way (in the same way as the Williams AC indicator). It should use the difference of the dpwwma & jma oscillator output, less the (5 bar) SMA of the same oscillator.

I've gone through your thread and don't think I've seen this - is there an indicator around that does this or is it something you can easily do?

Not sure I'm understanding, wouldn't that be similar to the oscillator itself?

This is the dpwma and jma accelerator with alerts for zero cross and slope and arrows for zero cross.

Brilliant - just stuck it on a chart and it looks right, see image. Will backtest over the next few days. The accelerator is used in conjunction with the oscillator. The oscillator shows momentum, while the accelerator lets me see how quickly momentum is changing.
