I am thinking along the lines of why build tanks and ships if you can just take them over and roll into russia undetected why their own equipment. Send the navel battle ship back to port just to launch an attack or roll the tanks back into russia for a surprise engagement..

Ukraine has more tanks/vehicles' than before the start of the war. The ones abandoned and captured. they have turned on the Russians.

It cant be a war right? Ships are sunk in real war. The Ukraines are greeting them with open arms. Remember the Alamo at Snake Island? They told the ship "go phuck yourself" Well they did exactly that.

I think the recent drop below 0800 was a dump. ECB was definitely dovish on Thursday. Then after some hawkish comments came out. Is it possible to hold rates unchanged? No way!!
Of course the trend is down. But also there are bounces in a downtrend. It's unusual without a bounce. This support is thick. And strong. Are bounces gone? Maybe. But I did suspect it after ECB hawkish comments.

I think it missed the buying pressure to push it above 0929. Buying pressure algos may be 0747/48 area. It may go to 0747x or 0913x. It may bounce either time around 0747/48. It does that better than 50% of the time. That bounce may be 098x+. If it does it now before 0747 it may be 0992+. It dont hurt to pend shorts.

I doubt it could push above 0874 today.. So the week will be a lower close. It looks like below 0835.5. Getting a bounce could be a beautiful short. 0835 is a big number. It needs a large close below. I dont think a week is enough. A month, quarter and year have failed to hold it before.

Russia is digging up the bodies of the buried dead. To hide the evidence of war crimes. Mobile crematoriums are used to burn the bodies. Spending time digging up bodies instead of fighting. The guys digging up the bodies are probably the green youth. Probably some of them not the killers. Just another witness created.

Desperate moves for a desperate Putin. His army had its ass handed to him, his air force afraid to fly, His flagship sunk. No doubt he will be desperate for the May Day parade in 3 weeks. He destroyed his military, and exposed a paper tiger.

Sweden and Finland are set to join NATO.

He has nothing to show for it but body bags. He keeps reducing his stated goal. The Russian people will pay the price for a generation or more. For the sins of the Napoleon wannabe Putin.

Talks about designating Russia as a terrorist state are getting a foothold.

With the flagship down. Turkey may becomes more important. Turkey (a NATO member) could stop ship replacement by the Russians (to the Black Sea). That could make the Russian supply lines harder to maintain in the Southern part of Ukraine. That's a major blow. Those Russian ships will need to stay far offshore (sitting ducks). Its harder to move troops and heavy hardware for a second flank. The tanks/troops etc have to travel from Northern to the South. More wear & tear/fuel, PM.. A longer supply line. More chances to being attacked. Putin's 3 day war just added a year. The U.S. has supplied Ukraine with newer weapons this week. We have witnessed what they did with the less sophisticated weapons. Just imagine what they do with the better weapons. Putin may end up losing Crimea. That would be nice before his neck is stretched.

The Ukraine's will likely focus on that supply line (that would be my plan). The Ukraine's could actually encircle the Russian troops. That would take the fight away from the cities. Closer to Russia etc. Those tanks/supply trucks, dont do well off the road, do to local soil conditions. Those supply lines need a road. Its no secret where the roads are. Those switchbacks are some bad muthers. In that supply line, those tanks need fuel. Those fuel trucks have a big bulls eye on them. Those switchblades will have a good kill rate on fuel tankers.. Tanks w/o fuel eventually dont move. The Russians may have to walk home. The Ukraine's keep those abandoned tanks (and turn them on Russia). I wouldn't doubt the Russians are walking into a trap. Russia concentrating their forces will be bad for Ukraine in some circumstances. But as a target. It is a good place to attack with those switchblades. Take out the bridges and the heavy equipment is trapped (concentrated sitting ducks). Meanwhile Switchblades take out the tanks and artillery. Putin's ass handed to him for The May Day parade.

Pitbull's have what's called a nut-dog. Hear me out. I'm not advocating a dog fight. Its a dog that is an actor (#1). It acts defeated, it acts like it gave up. The other dog feels embolden as a winner (#2). #2 stands over #1 biting on a leg thinking its won the fight. #2 waits for the right moment. When able #2 bites and removes the testicles from #1. Fight over. This is actually true. At one time you could buy dogs, that had this bred into them. I didnt advocate this. So save the judgment. Just stating a fact. Ukraine could do Nut-Dog/Rope a Dope strategy.
