Gold might settle at 1895 for a close today. Still have some time for some more upside.

Silver closed at my expected level, but Gold fell shy. I know that I said that I'm short on Gold for March, but I already exited and my views can change as the days go by. Right now, with that huge DXY dump, I suspect Gold and Silver will retest the euphoria highs made. The Three Inside Up formed on 7 Feb might actually hold up and follow through. We could see a rush to 195X (thereupon we need to gauge again) and another leg up to 198X or a dump from there.

I believe you are trading H1 and on your chart it was bearish and yes the rejection as shown in the box would have alerted me to probably cash some out. As you mention greed took the better of you but who is not greedy?? fomo is another thing we traders suffer most of the time. The best thing is there's always tomorrow to come back with guns blazing. We learn from mistakes everyday and thankfully you are still green for the week. The market is a teacher and we hope to pay the least amount for the lesson

What is your TP? 1.34 seems to be fading at the moment...but I think US session might see risk-on and can turn Cable upwards.

Simple trade idea for all:

Buy EUR/JPY.

No fundamentals, no techs, just momentum trading. If you guys notice, GBP/JPY and AUD/JPY have already clawed back and is very close to reversing to green for the day. However, EUR/JPY continues to languish behind. Lagarde is speaking in 1.5 hours time. It could be speculation suppressing EUR/JPY's northwards move. Regardless of what Lagarde has in store, we could see EUR/JPY make a rally after London closes.
