My question here is open for discussion.
I am wondering if there's possibly a way to extract forex sentiment data from big brokers , e.g. oanda, igmarkets etc?

Yes u can connect to websocket or poll their servers with HTTP to get that data, relatively simple thing to implement. but does it matter if retail is 95% of the time wrong lol?

Probably yes, but it's easier to do it with FF. The picture is almost the same everywhere - negative correlation

But I would like to explore it and do some other form of analysis...

Anything above the line is an uptrend, below the line is a downtrend.

If it changes real-time then most probably its done via websocket stream, use puppeteer to connect to browser or direct websocket connection to receive the data and store it like in a convenient format like csv. In python it's relatively easy thing to do provided your know or spend some time learning the language.

Besides polling, there are other ways: you can check if your broker offers position summaries. Many brokers also offer sentimental tools. You can also verify from online resources like DailyFx. They have their own sentimental indicators.
