Our politicians have the power and are paid by us taxpayers.
They are collecting more and more money in their pockets, we the little man are climate sinners and have to pay.
We have an influx into the social security system that is all sick.

very true, kette. it's completely insane, as if there is some kind of political will for self-destruction. i've talked to many intelligent people, scholars and scientists - it seems impossible to make sense of this. many think like us, but noone acts...

That's nuts! A little too much for my basic German but tax even without profit, I read??? I lived in Germany and Austria for quite a while and I hated the Tax system there. As a Freiberufler they screwed me over changing the rules and enforcing things not enforced before. Now back in the UK, not sure I like the system either but it's less harsh. I was surprised how left wing the Country was going but loved Germany and Austria. Trading wise I believe if full time you don't necessarily have to pay income tax. Jason Greystone has a great video on it.

yes, that's correct. to determine the net profit of a year, one would normally sum up wins and losses. but now you can only bring losses up to 20k into account. so if you have won 40 k but at the same time lost 50k, on would think that you have actually lost 40k minus 50k = 10k in that year. but for german tax authorities you have won 40k minus 20k = 20k and pay taxes on that.

In Holland its much more simple.

In the Netherlands we work with the so-called box system. In box 1 income is taxed and in box 3 capital is taxed. Investments fall under assets and you therefore pay taxes for them under box 3

You can simply enter your income that you earn with Forex/Daytrading under box 3, which is very attractive from a tax perspective. After all, you pay a small percentage of your assets between 0.6 and 1.7 percent.

Even if you are a full-time trader you can simply declare your income from Forex/Daytrading under box 3, so you do not have to pay income tax on your earnings from Forex trading.

Box 3 tax in 2021:
In 2021 you pay the following tax:

Percentages on your investments: Up to € 50,000 you pay 0.5888%
From € 50,000 to € 950,000 you pay 1.3953%
From € 950,000 you pay 1.7639%

The good news is that many people don't have to pay tax on their investment at all. In the Netherlands there is a tax-free capital of E50,000.00. Is your capital less than this amount? Then you don't have to pay tax on your shares anyway.

No additionals were filled. Stict range in place just before big event.
1 closing order was triggered at 764 for +25 p MICRO=+5 pips FDXM

I have now only 1 FDXS MICRO 739. Delete all orders for now and until 14:30CET.....we enter into wild far west next minutes........

I am lucky....this it will be my worst nightmare if I live and resient in Germany!!!!!!
so after all these years spent on trading learning all I could, I would search/change a new job!!!!

I hope Mario Draghi will not copy this madness from his German friends......

You can apply for fiscal residence in SudTirol.......right now my friend!!!!!!!
Meran is good, but Brixen Municipality is extremely efficientand accurate!

i have already thought about this situation. but you also have high taxes on trading profits in italy, like in germany something about 25-27% if i know correctly ? . now compare what dutchy dax writes about the tax situation in netherlands.. it's a lot of money, and i can't stand what they are doing with that tax money anyways.

Yes, you're right, once 1 decade ago was lower 12,5%, now is 26,5% on gains. but this duty is automatically done by my Bank, so my only task is to made gains.....

I suggest to all of us to take fiscal residence into Dutchy house......after we pay a light commission to Dutchy!!!for this invasion!!!!
