I see the price going down through the trendlines of D1, H4 and showing signs of pullback.
I sell SL 30 pip TP 60 pip . I went short as it is in the right direction of the high timeframes. Do you have any advice brother Emmanuel7788 ?

I share wolf wave video because I see lot of counter trend trader it may help them.
I stop counter trend trading, that is why I don't use wolfe waves. I will read that thread to learn, if I found anything good I may apply in my trading.

You only buy on H1 timeframe during European session when HA H4 is closed above 5EMA. And D1, W1 will be very good if also above 5EMA? If D1 is below 5ema, should I end the transaction quickly when there is a reversal candle?
Yesterday I made the mistake of omitting H4 and only reviewing D1.

CHARLES B. GOODMAN For nearly three decades, Charles B. Goodman was one of Denver’s most successful futures traders. The principles of the Goodman swing count system were set forth informally in a series of annotated commodity charts from the late 1940s to the early 1970s. These trading studies were simply titled, “My System,” and were never published during Goodman’s life time (he died in 1984). In the early 2000s, Goodman’s student and protégé, Michael D. Archer, decrypted and compiled Goodman’s works into a book entitled, Forex Charting Companion (Wiley, 2005). The Goodman swing count system (GSCS) is based on ordinal principles (refers to measurement without specific values) and cardinal principles (refers to measurement with specific values). The system provides a fresh and penetrating insight into the examination of wave theory. ORDINAL PRINCIPLES 1. The Measured Move The cornerstone of the GSCS is the 50 percent retracement and measured move rule
Congestion Phase In 1975, a well-known Chicago grain floor trader, Eugene Nofri, published The Congestion Phase System (Success Publishing). This small but power-packed volume detailed a short-term trading method using simple but effective congestion phases . Goodman also felt that Earl Hadady’s work on contrary opinion was a natural “fit,” especially because the GCSC support and resistance points seldom lie where anyone else thinks they should

CARDINAL PRINCIPLES The GSCS has six cardinal principles. 1. Price Surge Goodman realized both the possibilities for a reversal (as in the case of the completed measured move) and a price surge. A price surge would be the equivalent to the sellers (in an uptrend) and the buyers (in a downtrend) winning the tug of war within a matrix. In price action, this means that prices would fall or rise to at least the beginning point of the initial swing. 2. Multiple-Level Matrices Goodman discovered the implications of the rule occurring simultaneously at all price levels. This is equivalent to the fractal property in other wave systems. 3. Compensation The extent that a price swing overshoots or undershoots its ideal 50 percent retracement will be “made up” on the next price swing within the matrix. For example, if prices fall by only 40 percent of the initial trend and reverse, the measured move actually will be either 90 or 110 percent of the measured move point and value of the primary (initial) swing in the matrix. The 10 percent difference—the GCSC holds—must be made up eventually. This is the concept of compensation. 4. Carryover Furthermore, if the difference is not fully made up in the final price swing of a matrix, the cumulative “miss” value will carry over through each subsequent price matrix until it does. This is the concept of carryover. A carryover table is used to add and subtract cumulative carryover values until they cancel. 5. Cancellation When no carryover remains, the price matrix is said to have cleared or canceled. This is the GCSC concept of cancellation. It is critical to finding GCSC support and resistance points and other chart hot spots where something much less than random is likely to occur. 6. Intersections The importance of a hot spot in relationship to its likelihood of being an important point of support or resistance or reversal or continuation increases when two or more price matrices cancel at the same price or in the same price area. This is the key concept of intersection. There is no analogous concept in Elliott wave theory, the most common competitor to the GSCS. Intersection makes the GSCS much more objective and testable than other swing systems.
