How do I put orders less than 3pips from the actual price?

I am studying a scalping strategy, but I know my broker does no allow me to put orders let s say less than 3 pips away from the actual price? Is there anyway around to to be able to put them? Do other brokers allow it or is it a platform problem?

ECN brokers allow you to place limit orders inside the spread.
