What a jolly good start to the week.
i caught cable 00-00 low break for a few, then noticed e/u was about to do the same so i went short for a few.

In-between all this happening, i was looking at a dax scalp.
But i remembered i was weaning away from scalping so i didnt trade the short.
It dropped 40 lol, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay not. no trade from me.
trade well all.

Sometimes it will still drop more or even freefall to make range.
Same as going up.
IF price was to retrace back up now , time = 07-49 i would Long at 00-00 high. which is 14052.
i am actually done now lol.

I say done, my main trade is the 08-00 15 bar. which hopeully will be no problem.

There is nothing you can do about it instead of staying out.

I actually had my doubts this morning to go long.

1. The 00-04 range broke south.
2. See that quiet large bear bar to the left standing out?
3. It is Monday. No stats about this but i start getting a feeling that Monday is always good doing nasty things.

No exact fixing plan for that mess at the moment, which is the real dilemma. But i though of locking it in this time instead of booking that loss.

I will try doing that fix of the next 00-04 bar. So undoing the hedge with a new valid trigger by booking the positive side (what ever it is then) and hope to get reduced the negative side for -17!? Well...

you guys including myself all had the same thoughts.

i was concerned that the 08-00 high was close to the 00-00 low.
SOOOOOOOOOOO i actually entered the Long off a retrace, THAT FAILED.
so now i am fixing.

How do you want to do that? Price broke the high it directly reversed and headed south for 10 Pips here.

You would need to have some kind of automatic IF +2 = Move SL to +1 kind of thing?

There is no room at GBP/USD to do these kind of trailing things. It will crash 10 Pips in a seconds easily. I even saw it doing that for 60 Pips and more.

Indeed that big bar there annoyed me too!

My brain couldn't resist thinking.. hmm small congestion at the bottom. Magnet at the top of that big bar + round number above as a magnet as well. At the end of the day, my stats don't show these kind things, so there might be days where you see the same and the opposite happens?

Just looking into my stats for Monday versus other days. I do remember there is a slightly smaller (1-2% less) chance of hitting +5 (+spread) after the first break.

Yes I have part of the trade management automated. Normally works like a charm, but it doesn't do to well if it is turned off though xD

Lem have a look at Wolverhampton this afternoon. Gosden has his top jockey there which should be a banker. Hayley in the first at 50/1 has to be a good small e/w punt. Then Adam has some interesting rides.

Back to boring cable now !

Yes. This is why fixing the fail by increasing size with the direct opposite break is nothing i do any longer any more.

Great if it works but what if not?

I went long at 3 Lots, the fail for 17 Pips is -$600 to overcome.

I would then had to enter short but at already 12 lots just to make $600 with 5 Pips then to overcome the first fail.

09:30 | I am just doing nothing today anymore because i donīt have another setup/trigger left for today that would be valid to take. I will either try with the BillyBar tomorrow morning or with the 00-04 break. However if that fails too i am still not sure how far i would allow it to go against me then, a -17 is already hard to overcome. Its take 4 days of regular +5 already for me without any further fail in between.
