Option traders were betting on higher Yields on Treasuries. Which would be bullish for USD.

Powell has just said no change in interest rate still keeping at low rates<0.25%, targeting 2.0% inflation.

Therefore GBPUSD uptrend still in play imo...(not investment advice)
