I have a long running from 1.1685. The dxy looks bearish. A 15min close below 1.1720, i'll close this.

Friends, I suspect that until COVID gets under control a bit in the US, this strong bullish trend will prevail. Upon a price dip now, I am going to open a small long position with TP @ 1.24. Much as I understand a correction can be long due by now in technical terms, still it looks like these bulls have hardly any trouble getting higher and higher for now and perhaps a few weeks to come.

Just sold 25% of my position which I have been holding since 1.0820. Just to log in some profit, but I actually think it will edge way higher.

Sold 1.17501 as first short small position. Will sell at higher levels up to 1.1800. DXY found strong support at 93.609.

Update: Hourly candle that just closed looks like an inverted hammer.

Hi Guys,

Decision time for me. I will start taking some profits off the table. From a daily chart, perspective we are nearing the top of a 4-month channel or bearish flag if you like, at 1.17743 ish and also the top of a long term channel (black trendline). We also have an AB=CD pattern (magenta lines) for an overshoot at 1.18134 which is also the swing high of 23 September 2018. All crucial levels in my opinion.

I will not take any shorts until I get proper confirmation and will update.

Target based as always.
My targets between 30 - 50 pips, of course it varies depending on the movement. I won't let it run more than 35% of the retracement.

1.1813 is spot on. Maybe up to 1.1840. It's a 38% on weekly. But a proper reverse or pull back will be, daily settling below 1.1780 after hitting 1.18ish.

Added more short at 1.1780. As always, my trades are scalp trades. Long term this may reach 1.2000+, so I don’t plan to hold this position for long.
