you're right just not developing the right type of insight that's for the pair. you should try to understand the individual systems and the driving factors of them, then how they work or become volatile together. not just is "EU" going up or down hence i answered your question the main driving factor right now isn't the "Euro" its the volatile "US" market thats causing a bullish foundation.

if you don't want to do that then just pay attention to the "EUR/USD/" pair as a whole (this would mean just taking technical and sentimental data and developing a trading plan) not just "EU" or even just "US". its okay to ask questions but don't get mad at some answer's.

Trade safe guys nothing is guarantee, even the best trader in the world suffers losses at times. Be very prudent in your Pips spending don't kill yourself unnecessarily in this fiasco. We have plenty of opportunity to trade make full use and sentiment when trading, don't trade emotionally. It kills and it cost a hard lesson.

My trading platform shows Daily open level at(1.15699) Daily open lvl is higher for every 4 trading days. Until price is above daily open lvl eu price stay in bullish zone.

SL for bullish trades -long term trades below yesterday low (1.1506) For short term trades below last low 1.1562

For bearish long term trades I have Pending order below yesterday low at 1.1506

EU is in a consolidation mode after it touched 1.1600, I don't expect too much until the US session and after.

I will be watching if, it rises above 1.1600-15 which is strong resistance for me, better, a close above these levels on daily or weekly candle.

I still prefer to buy small positions on retraces in levels of likehood, with small targets, the big trades with the huge pips are more rare in EU and I like to have every day some pips on the table and that is what I try to do the best.

I made 8 pips this morning, it is not like Monday to Wednesday, but they are some more pips on my account and the curve is not flat or looking down and that is what counts, making more money. More volatility will hit eventually.
