Hi degorbi, I'm short USDCAD - more to the downside on the weekly chart and believe fundamentals are massively against a long trade considering the unrest / elections etc

This pinbar from 01.09 shows that temporarly bulls are loosing strenght... the oil inventories report from yesterday shows that the stocks are full , oil went down, CAD is sensible for oil prices so actually the fundaments are also supporting bullish correction on this USDCAD pair.

GBPCAD - a sell opportunity. Today at 15:00 GMT Boris Johnson will have a press conference. The press conference will come after the internal market bill is published - expected some time around 1130 GMT - so watch out in case Johnson touches on that and concerns surrounding the rise in virus cases across the UK since the start of September. I opened a short 1.7112 and cancelled the pending order.

Tomorrow the ECB will hold a meeting, we will find out if there will be a change in monetary policy under the leadership of Christine Lagarde and possibly what steps the bank intends to take to support the EU economy weakened by the covid-19 virus.
Most analysts believe that Thursday’s meeting (10.09) will have little impact on the Euro exchange rate and that it will return to increases in relation to the USD.
I decided to analyze the EURUSD pair exclusively from a technical point of view, i.e. I look at what the chart suggests, and tomorrow’s ECB will show whether this analysis, in a collision with the fundamentals, has shown the right direction...
