4h may indicate bottom. Some bounce expected.

Wisconsin, last night, while the night was young. Governor's stay at home order was overruled. Bars opened, filled up. Enclosed space. Low airflow. Excited people, laughing, yelling, shouting, emptying their lungs into that air... vectors galore. Second peak will be horrific.
