For volatile pairs, after doing the usual top-down analysis, I look for price action momentum on a lower time frame, such as H1 or M15, for precise entry and to get a very low location for my stop loss order.

'Map a boundary on your trading chart where you want to trap price action, and wait and watch there to see when it gives you the feasible opportunity to earn big while risking less' is a key principle I adopt in Forex trading.

Pure price action on D1/H4/H1 charts with multi-timeframe analysis, trading primarily support/resistance and the occasional PA structure (false breaks etc.)

My swing trading requires directional alignment on the MN, W1 and D1 time frames, looking for feasible setups within already identified areas and entering at a lower time frame, e.g. H1.

Good point mate: You want to see a bearish pressure at a supply zone first, and you want to see a bullish pressure at a demand zone first.

Map a boundary around order flow where the market orders seem to have no density and harvesting pips becomes a mechanical process with little risk and high rewards.
Trading thin liquidity at the boundary of the charts

My thinking is that my swing trading plan will benefit from using the MN and W1 order blocks/S-R zones, while an intra-day trading plan will benefit from the D1 zones to be feasible.

For intra-day trading, I am always cognizant of the prevailing momentum on the D1 or H4 time frame.
