Seems to be near impossible to find out whether you can hedge or not with lmax. I see on the web client you can't so what about on multi charts or even mt4?
Does anyone know whether LMAX is suitable for trading news breakouts.
LMAX has been suggested to me that it's pretty much one of the best choices when trading news because the spread doesn't widen too much. Since this is the most important thing when trading news I think they are a fair choice.
I'm using a Straddle news breakout strategy and usually the spread is the thing that messes up with my winnings with most brokers.
So my question is:
Has anyone had any experience with LMAX around big news events (i.e. NFP, Interest rate) and how wide do their spreads go usually?

aaaaa GBP/NZD spread now 8.8 at news: 32-24
At EUR/USD: spread is 0.5 now is 0.8 at news .. depends.. 8-15-20
