Martingale is a risky proposition so you might wish to use this EA to protect your account but I never tried it All the details on how it works are on this site:

https://www.earnforex.com/metatrader...unt-Protector/ Earnforex has many other EAs that you might be interested in.

Great strategy. I think this is not a Reverse Martingale but specifically, talk about money management. And it will give you a comfort zone if you follow the rules. About the entry, it can be anything with a simple strategy. Even without Reverse Martingale the R:R is already great with 1:2.

Regards,
Tom

The problem is that the Account Protector.mq4 EA had to be converted into an ex4 file. I converted it for you. The files Protector.mqh and Defines.mqh are not indicators but MQL5 Header files and must be copied to the "MQL4 Include" folder.

Try running with fixed lots or lowering the risk as the lot size increase too much with the default risk after a couple of losses.

Thanks for your fast replay , but the EA takes time even after a couple of win , you can try it and you will see that he does not open just straight after the win/loss , but he takes one Hour and then he decides to open , he is doing what even he wants , but he works fine.

can you please check ? i really believe that this Ea is great and can give good results.

As far as I can see, it uses some indicators to open trades, so it is not meant to open immediately a new trade after closing the previous one. Also, even if you start with 0.01 it will at some point try to open almost 10 lots with the default 2.5 martingale multiplier.

If you martingale from 0.01 lot to 10 lots you're broke

Thanks for your answer , this Ea opens always the Loss trades two time more nothing more. backtest shows that he lost 8 times in a raw maximum , which is great for martingale.

you can give it a try

the dangerous fact of a martingale is the consecutive loss. now you can find brokers that give you the opportunity to use a micro account with 1 cent = PIP, so if you put 200 euro means you will lose your account when you will lose 15 times in a raw maybe which is quite hard.

with the backtest, I had the maximum consecutive losses was 6 times in a raw.

give it a try and just tell me if it worked for you as well.

You don't need a martingale to lose 6 times in a row I achieved that feat trading normally
