***Very Important Note*** In Forex trading always remember this, because if you do remember this it will help you forever in Forex trading. Here it is: When you decide you want to make a trade (a buy or a sell) if you want to know what's going to happen in the very near future all you have to do is look to the left and if you see 4-6 green candles or 4-6 red candles the opposite is going to happen next. If you have say 60 pips of 4-6 green candles in about 2-4 hours you'll have 35-45 or more red candles. This is how the " MM " makes a profit. If you buy from the " MM " so he's taking the opposite side of the trade, he wants the pair to go down. So the " MM " is going to trap you when you are at a loss and he makes a profit. The " MM " gives us the liquidity in the forex market to buy and sell.

This is exactly how this business works. Don't let anyone tell you different.

I'd really like it to move up and lay down some more railroad tracks so it can complete the 1st level.

I think the next candle will be green and they'll run it up a bit.

Will just have to wait and see.

I wasn’t in USDJPY at exactly point D as I was in beause of H4 candle pattern and a daily chart pattern that shows up on USDJPY. Wasn’t aware of the butterfly till after I was already in but your boxes picking this up is really impressive. Good job I expect it may go to 108.70 then down below 107.00

Thank you, I'm trying to teach the Jail Break System to whom ever would like to learn. I have no idea where USD/JPY will settle next, but I look for it to create a 3rd level somewhere higher.

I'm posting a 1 hour chart of AUD/JPY for one reason. To show you what kind of chart that you should not trade. When you do see a pair that looks like this, avoid it and find one that doesn't look like this pair. Oh sure it had a lot of volatility that any trader needs but it's really nerve racking to trade. The candle wicks are long which means the " MM " is trapping from one candle to the next candle. They do this to confuse the trader. This pair is ranging and doesn't have a good flow for the Jail Break System.

My next post will be pairs that I trade and you'll see why I trade these pairs.

The GBP/CAD pair as you can see flows well, you don't see any herky jerky candles, it goes up and it goes down. This pair is a lot easier to trade from one hour to the next hour. You can have success with flowing charts.

The pair EUR/JPY is another pair that trades well, it flows well and is very tradable. I recommend that you should stay away for pairs that whip saw action from one hour to the next. Forex trading is no fun when your constantly worried from one candle to the next. There are 20 pairs that you can make a profit in. Just pick one that flows like a river.

Note: If the pair that you like to trade started out Sunday evening at a lower price and say you bought .10 of a lot and bought and sold it and bought it several times and made a profit each time and this pair kept moving up slowly over the week by the time you get to Friday morning at 8:30-9:00 am what do you think is going to happen next ? If you think that this pair is still going up you would be upside down in a buy trade in a heart beat. Because now this pair has to come down in a hurry because it went up all week and the " MM " want paid for all the buy trades.

You see " MM " will let you win a few trades to keep you in the game. But after all of those buy trades and the " MM " took to other side of those buy trades for a week the " MM " needs in a bad way to pull this pair down in a big hurry to get paid and all those traders that bought and 90% of those buy traders still believe that this pair will keep on going up because it has all week. This is the herd mentality. This when the money gets separated from all those buy traders.

***This is why I always say " when you look at a chart look at a chart like a " MM " looks at a chart ".***

If you look at a chart like a retail trader I guarantee you 110% you will go broke trading forex.

This why I say know where you are at in the levels, are you still in a inclining level ? are you at level 2 or 3 or have you peaked ? and now you're at the 1st level and declining fast. If you have hit the peak and know that you're at a 1st level in a declining zone then you want the " MM " run that pair down in a hurry and you'll be trading inline with " MM ". But if you don't know where you really are at you could be in trouble and have to close out of the trade when you're down at a loss.

Always know where you're at in a trade. Remember all these pairs cycle, they go up and they go down in a hurry.

I would like you to take a look at this pair GBP/CAD.

This pair has been selling for 6 days, it's dropped 400 pips.

Where do you think this pair is going ? up or down ?

Look at the lower right corner of the chart. See the numbers 1-5 that draws a " W ".

The " MM " has every trader selling right now because the trend is your friend, lol right. The 15EMA, 50EMA, 200 EMA are all pointing down, right ? And that's telling everybody to sell.

When in reality this is when you should be thinking about buying when everything is telling you to sell, sell, sell.

If I was going to buy this pair my 1st target to take profit would be the 13 EMA, about 20+ pips away.

Again down at the right hand corner of the chart, the " MM " held that level for 13 hours recruiting new sellers so they can trap them when they run this pair up in a hurry.

Watch what happens Sunday night.

GBP/CAD update

USD/SGD, If you look at the chart this you'll see that we had a peak and now we are coming down and its dropping and looking for the 1st level.

USD/SGD this is where I think the 1st level will be.

EUR/CAD reversal

USD/JPY has reached the 1st level on the down side, searching for the 2nd level now.

EUR/CAD moving up to the 2nd level.

USD/SGD update, its at the 1st level, now getting ready to move lower to the 2nd level.
