'Morning folks.

Nothing for me this morning as I have to be off out first thing. To compensate somewhat, I had a wee play on EU (of all things) at 2 am last night, lol.

Just a quick short scalp or two and happy enough.

Trade well all and catch you later at some point.

Cable, the 00-00 4 hour bar low broke for +20......
Lets say we were compounding.
we have a 20 stop <<<<<<<<<<<
we take profit at +20 then double up (100% compound)
so hopefully it will drop another 20....

If it does. this is the scenario.

No compound we would make 40 points,
with compound we make 60 points...

if we lose we lose, but it can be worked on.

Like i said the other day, when compounding BE SELECTIVE..
But a good plan will cater for these moves, it is trading after all.

EURCAD gave a bit, but the reversal was a bit too sharp - hit the trailing stop, but better a profit than a loss!

as i posted before ,
break of 00-00 4 hour bar low.
instead of looking for 40 points ( adr etc)
why not break it into 2 parts of 20 points.

1 per pip with 20 stop. once 20 is made double it to 2 per pip for the next 20...
instead of making 40 as normal.
you would of made 60.

that is how i trade or traded.
I WOULD NOT OF DONE THIS TODAY THOUGH....

This is a 5 day adr and not much substance... but a gain is a gain.

some one just asked,,,

the break of 00-00 4 hr bar low made 60+ points.
Could we of compounded that 60 points into 3 x 20 blocks. Answer, YES WE COULD ( not me though).
