Kiwi is at an interesting area on D1, not quite reached H4 sup. Not looked at this pair for while.

Just a RBD engulfing with a nice subtle pullback into the base for the entry. Sometimes I just take the engulfing on these and don't always wait for a retest.

Also some LTF demand clearance with the spike down.

Also C12 might have already mentioned it in this thread but Ken had a few favorite set-ups. One of them is to wait for an M30 zone to be created with an engulf and enter on retracement with PA. It was his bread and butter. And of course stacked zones: trading PA in an M30 zone that is also an H4 zone. Or a retrace in a zone created just above an existing demand zone (buy) or below an existing supply zone (sell).

UCAD has been a nice ride. Unfortunately demo as just practising swings atm.

I know a lot of people would prefer this type of trading than high maintenance scalping.

Looks like NFP delivered a bit of a zone sandwich, best seen on M15.

It's hard to chase these moves with PA as it kills the RR. Also, not that enticing to play news events with limit orders on.

Good work. I didn't get any of this as H4 wasn't really giving me anything concrete on direction.

Got a nifty little indicator that allows to group charts together. If you change TF, all pairs change TF together.

You can also group by symbol as well.

It's helps see a lot more intraday action on other pairs so will be very useful.

Works very will with Hotkeys_Slim.

exactly what I traded this week, all that zones, was shorting GU every day actualy

was pretty happy with friday action coz I was done before NFP so I didnt have to stress, had shorts from 3153 and just added during LO on friday on that supply zone m15/m30/m5 + my other tools I use for trading

On 1st chart to me candle no 1 can also be used as cc candle. Your sp candle is also a wrb interval. Its lower shaddow is bigger in recent PA and candle 1 confirmed it by closing above the close of sp.your cc is very safe and double confirmed by its closing above..... U know it all

(1) Start Point (SP) interval is required to have a lower shadow that is larger than lower shadows of all the intervals prior (including the lower shadow of the WRB breakout interval.

(2) Start Point (SP) interval is required to have a lower shadow that is larger than the bodies (open-close) of all the intervals prior except the WRB breakout interval. If there are multiple WRBs, the SP long shadow must be larger than all other WRBs except the WRB breakout interval.

(3) As this is a LONG CE set-up, the upper shadows do not matter.

(1) The Confirmation Candle (CC) must have a body (open-close) greater than the body of the previous interval and is preferably closing in the upper 50% of its range.

(2) Technically, the Start Point (SP) interval can have a body that is also a Wide Range Body (WRB) so long as :

(a) The Long Shadow of the SP is larger than the body (open-close).
(b) The Long Shadow of the SP is larger than the opposite shadow. In this case, we're talking about the lower shadow so the Long Lower shadow needs to be larger than the Upper shadow of the interval.
(c) The Long Shadow of the SP is larger than the combination of its body and opposite shadow.

I haven't said much about the rules here out of respect to my friend C-12. However, I am delighted that you're picking up things from the charts.

Generally, I'm not a fan of overlapping zones. I tend to think of the first zone as the origin. However, news events can create some rather large zones.

The FOMC announcement on Wed. Created one of these rather large zones.

While the entire zone is a good place to look for a trade (in this case a Long trade as this is a Supply/Demand Zone). subsequent price action reveals zones inside this area. I think of these zones as "Demand Pockets" within the large Demand Zone. These "pockets" tend to be highly probable places to enter a trade: Where you want to see, what you want to see.

Accordingly, with large zones created by Red news events, I do overlap zones. These zones within a zone are seen as more focused "pockets" of the larger zone's nature( i.e. a demand pocket in a Demand zone or a supply pocket in a Supply zone).

EDIT: BTW there's a valid Long CE signal in the larger Supply/Demand Zone created by the FOMC. Do you see it?

Not sure if anyone else caught these but both Kiwi and Oz had some prime setups.

Since I've now opened up an extra screen it would be rude not to.

Also built a nice little info panel at the bottom of the charts out of a load of old indicators i had lying around.

Exciting times at the C-12 laboratory.

A tidy little H1 mid zone supply on UCAD coming up. It lines up with a daily S/R although DX is on the up.

Might be a bit too obvious of a setup this one but will give it a blast anyway.
