Another end of the month.

Month positive. Spike down on the graph is not a withdrawal but had to take some loss on AJ and UC. Someone said that we let losers run ... We don't, we are managing our trades just like any other trader in any other system should do.

I am still learning and hopefully I can keep getting better. I took a ride on demo account and thanks to USTAAD Davit's methods/procedure/approach/discipline and above all his experience to guide us.

AN,EN,NC,NU are in DD so I am waiting as USTAAD quoted "As price travels progressively away from weekly pivot it becomes more likely to go into correction."

It's funny you say this, I have had the same experience. I was looking at a losing month for June, then once VEEFX started ignoring me, I managed to end up with a profit from 2 monster pip trades.

With over 600 traders now vaccinated against his ignorance, I think the 2 percent forex profit club will soon grow.

Hmm well do what works for you as Davit says.
But are not trading ABCD pattern here. You need to wait for D before placing shorts. Unless there is some super aggressive way of trading this I never heard of ?

thank you for reaction. Basically, as you say, i do what works for me. Sometimes trying to show off some hints. You are right, pattern is still in progress. It can be eg. bullish AB=CD (0.886; 1,13),C point now, also bearish crab on H1 developed.

But this is just kind of confirmation, confluence. Most important reasons why i started in building shorts are:

  1. price reached R161 and is over-extended
  2. no fundametal reason to squeeze NZD so heavily (i would maybe accept NC- July cad rates increased to 70%) by AUD.
  3. look left to key structure (h4,D,W)
  4. i always start buliding trades with small lots and react when price developes
  5. ect.;

Anyway, we are looking for high probability trades. This is one of them. The same was for example USDCAD which i posted last week and subsequently gave update: https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...1#post11181871)

I agree with you most of us take losses.I take losses when trade does not look legit anymore and that does not have to get predefined amount.I must believe in a trade and when I don't I bail out.

Just reading forum posts in general and one well known trader from well known thread thinks selling GU to 29 is valid "sell the rallies"

This is not correct way to look at it in my opinion.GU very well is already on a path to correction higher up and if you start selling you may just accumulate lots of DD assuming erroneously "we are in downtrend"
Every trend comes to an END! Its important to think this option as well! USD is OB cross the board and Feds are going to stay put on rates for now allowing market to settle down and have other majors catch up.Nobody wants extreme imbalances which could derail our recovery.

Furthermore same trader same thread (not hard to guess who) hardly if ever posts about fundamentals news that may effect currency.To me this is what makes this thread system dynamic! We keep up with fundamentals!

Why would you want to sell after nice green numbers and perhaps more to come

FYI tomorrow July 1st is Mexico election day. It happens once every 6 years.

The polls front runner Lopez Obrador ran the last two elections, lost and demanded a recount. He, unlike mayority of politicians here is not rich or is elitist, he is a simple man who hopes to dethrone the powers that be in Mexican government. Gov. does not like him, corporatons do not like him, the market doesnt like him. He vows to change the corupt ways of Mexico and most fear of what he will do if he finally wins.

Mexican peso slid in fears of his growing lead. USD has been strong against it. Peso does nothing to move USD but I see dollar dropping against peso.

Why...Mexico has a weird rule. Electoral cards (INE) are the offical ID; therefore, all adults require one. If anyone with an INE does not vote...their vote will automatically go to the current party in Presidential office in this case PRI. Can you see what can happen? Talk about monopoly.

There is no reelection and the PRI candidate is in third place on polls a real loser at best. But this rule might have yet another...recount.

AMLO as he is known would be good for Mexico. For one he intends to negotiate with Trump easing trade wars on this continent and maybe paving the way for end of trade wars and hopes to convince him that rather build a wall to help foster growth in Mexico.

Keep vigilant this week of this news when trading. Again this is just FYI.

Davit, I have learned something of importance from almost every thread you post. You have mastered your craft, I appreciate you and the others on this thread to whom have learned and earned successful trading. Obviously it took work and discipline, you and those others have my respect.

If you can just give your thoughts on this chart and yes I know its not part of your pivots, but hopefully it will agree to the sell taken according to the pivots on the chart. If you think this is not relevant you may dislike this post and I will delete it. Or may I share this just on supporting you on a stronger GBP.

PS: Look pass the trades taken, I see a stronger GBP?
