Unfortunately, it is not that simple. As I have said many times before,
DO NOT JUST TRADE TOWARDS STOP ACCUMULATIONS.
You NEED to understand all the other factors, out of which I have shown SOME so far only.

And as I have always said, while it is no rocket science,
market CAUSALITY is still complex.

YES, there are some more easy and tradable setups,
in particular of the "DM bias" is high.

But there are also more complex scenarios.

As a general rule;
the higher the DM bias, the higher the predictability, the higher the tradability.
Watch the trade videos in order to see and understand how I trade various causalities.

I think you are referring to the "DM tolerance principle". This principle implies that in some scenarios (see second trade example in video above), SM will allow SOME DM position accumulations to BRIEFLY get into profit, if there is a "higher objective", such as big LTS-Accumulations as in the example.

Note how after the main run the SM quickly pushed the price down again, but then when the DM switched to the short side, the SM conducted another stop run up, cleaning the high.

Note that the LTS-hunts are more complex than the STS-hunts.




"Counter STS Principle - When the STSs that are in the Target area are moved away from their original positions the MM moves price in the opposite direction to take out closer counter stops and entice the traders who moved their stops back to within easy targeting range."

Basically, yes;
the BASECASE (=what happens normally, so like in 70% to 80% of cases) is that before doing the main run (such as an MTS-run), the SM first cleans the opposite side; in particular INNER RANGE (IR).


"STS Killing Principle - when the MM uses "events - (i.e. news, session transitions, specific hours, etc.) to surge and retract price in both directions quickly to take out STSs

Now for the question:
Let's assume that we (who are at an informational disadvantage compared to MM and you) can use our chart pattern analysis and correctly identify STS clouds and MTS clouds. So we know that the MM is going to move price to those levels at some point. Our informational disadvantage now is that we don't know which one they will pursue first since we don't have the accumulation Position Bars that you have. The density of the stops in that particular cloud are what determine the priority because they are the most profitable areas for the MM. Yes there are, but I think that is rather advanced and not so relevant for now.

YES,

that topic is important.

I.e., look at EURUSD and GBPUSD of the last weeks.

Both went down significantly,
until they were "OR".

In such situations, for example if they took the previous lows and DM keeps on buying, hoping for a reversal up,
SM in response pushed lower and lower. YES, often DM tries to trade "reversals" and to "enter cheaply", while SM just pushes further and further in response.

Regarding tradability;
the more OR a market is, the less I tend to trade them;
the reason being that if they took the main stops below the lows,
SM can do a normal "gripping move" (maybe I do a video about that), whereby the SM just does an INNER RANGE breather to hunt the stops of ppl trying to "ride the trend" and to "trail their stops".
I do most trades INNER RANGE. In OR situations, I may place limits more IR to enter post-counter run.
