Seems very logical indeed. Just a question - do you look at New York opening and Tokyo opening in the same light?

Thanks.. yes sometimes I also check the NY opening or closing depending on "IF my chart doesn't give me clues with all the elements", in other words, if I still feel confused with what I have at any given time, I try to squeeze out some additional clues by checking other session behaviour.. Mostly NY.. Never tried out Tokyo..

But generally, London gives me what I want..

Hi Ata, I remember some years ago a friend sent me a video on a trade course he had just finished and one of the things that struck me was a comment by the presenter where he talked about the "Opening Gambit" at the start of the Frankfurt session and also the start of the London session. Basically he was saying exactly as you, that the the traders are setting up their opening positions so a large influx of money often occurs in the opening 10-15 minutes. I think this lends strength to you theory on London open.

Yep sure was ,, from last weeks high ,, pretty good sized inverted H & S pattern Friday . Current level was a break out quarterly tgt ,, mid point between Q S 1 and Q S 2 is 1800 ,,but 1680 lets go a poke to 1650 ish 20 ish not out of the question,, need a clean break of 1680 tho ,, Mentioned 21 hours or so ago lol,,,, think Ata might of even mentioned the same levels late Friday or early Sunday. Lots of pages of predictions and here it is ,,, See what kinda mood its in today ,,one of those levels will hold or fold or it plays ping pong in between

I just closed my sell order at 1.1683.. I will watch 1.1675 level.. If it breaks I might jump back in short but for now I have no bias.. Now waiting on sidelines until London opening....

My Intraday Outlook.
(ahead London)

Start over ...EUR/USD in 3 days range, little bullish up until now.
Watch the bullish trend line to confirm the trend or to be broken.
We might see 1630 - 50 again to bounce higher...

Intraday resistance :
- 1.1700 - 1.1715 (WR38)
- 1.1750 (Monthly_Pivot + Weekly_R1)
Intraday support :
- 1.1675 ("the axis" + bullish TL)
- 1.1650
- 1.1630 (W_PP)

My Intraday Trading: watching the bullish trend line to confirm the trend ...or reverse to sell.

Trust me I tested every version of drawing trendlines.. From close to close.. from wick to close.. from close to wick... from wick to wick.. doesn't matter what you do there is no "best" way to do it.. these are all just roughly references to see where the potential bounce or breakpoint might be hidden..

What you call a candle close on any timeframe is generally just a wick on a higher or lower timeframe.. No matter what you try you still have to calculate in so many additional factors.. therefore I suggest that nobody wastes his/her breath to lecture or force or tell or remind or teach or suggest to draw trendlines in a certain way.. we better let them do what they feel is best for their system and continue of drawing them the way how we feel is best.. My half cents..
