if I have the open hour set to "HH:mm" it closes the Basket at right time

I have the same issue: running in daily mode and the EA has not closed the basket. (v40.3)

yes, the EA do not close the Basket. I did it manualy.

this happen if I set open hours to hh:mm-hh:mm

the basket will close like before if I set open hours to hh:mm

The EA is working as intended. The reason you do not see the Close hour take affect is cause the originator of the idea of having a range of hours for the EA to monitor the suggested list indicated that the Closehour input was to be ignored. Reason being that now we have a range of hours with a start and finish. Also that if there is an open basket at the end of the range that it should be allowed to continue until it hist SL/TP.

Updating the EA to not ignore the close hours when involved with a open hour range would not be complicated. I just tell the EA not to ignore the close hour. So should we or should we not let this happen? You guys tell me .

it would be nice to have the feature to close the basket at a defined time.
it would be also nice - if put 0 at ''daily hour to close basket'' that the basket stay open - like now.

@xmess7: thank you for this great EA and your super support.
The EA together with the CMSM is a nice combination.

Firstly, thanks also from me for all your great work on this EA!

For me, the close basket time is very important. I have some strategies that trade in specific daily time periods and close of trades at the end of the period to avoid adverse market times, swap charges, etc. It would be great to have this. Please can we have this?

Hey everyone...I've been reading up and still have a long way to go. Only on page 157 right now...haha. But, I believe it helps to know the whole history, so reading up is the way to go. I'm a long time crypto trader and just recently diversified into fx, so I'm looking to learn as much as I can before I jump into the deep end of the pool. This strategy is extremely interesting and I look forward to learning with you all. Ok, back to reading.... Trade safe!

Hey T4, the ea emulates what you would do herself.
All the EA does is read the suggested list from the indicator on the chart. Then it opens that list as trades and monitors them for basket sl/tp.

other than provide a signals of when to open and when to close the indicator you would get from this ea would not do much of anything on a chart. You could say u already have the indicator on that chart... all u have to is get to the mt4 at the hour until want a basket to be opened and then manually open each trade u see on the chart. You would then need to check from time to time to see if the basket needs to be closed.... like I said the only thing the ea as an indicator could do is send signals of when to open or close the basket... the actual doing would be dependent on you getting to the terminal on time
