Be careful relying on the COT for more intraday activity. I think this info which isn't absolutely current, has it's place based on the time frame you choose to trade. COT reports to me are more for investment style traders longer term, so be cautious in using them for daily activities!

Some resistance at 106.650 but once/if that breaks then we may well be heading much further south

USD/JPY lookes juicy for a call soon. As long as Euro keeps the aggresive downtrend here, divergence will be in play with this asset, and come the next golden ratio support I shall long for a long.

This is approaching about a 100 or so pip range on my weekly charts. I've been trading it down (scalping) on the smaller time frames, but the range between about 105.5to 106.5 looks to be a good tradeable range for me. Both charts are the same (one with more garnish).

Can anyone direct me to website that posts real time DOW, S&P, etc indexes without the 10 or 15 minute idiotic delay?

Goma, same thoughts. The lowest green line is what was on my radar as a target and for a bounce. I have the intraday levels marked off on the way down, so I'll gauge how to "Play" it when price gets there. If it continues to behave and price action doesn't take it "out of bounds" I'll stick with it and continue to add! The area on the 4hr i highlighted is the only "problem I see. Time will tell!!
Chart looks good, nice and clean! not many traders use it! Happy trading...

Only thing is I believe quote updates but chart doesn't. But I use it only for intl' indices so not sure.

Yeah, I'm with you 100% I use it as a longer-term strategy where I'll hold the position for weeks to months
