Long taken at Tokyo open at 1.2241.

I see a breakout of the downtrend, a retest just now and now a confirmation upwards. If it can get to 1.227, that would be a good sign.
Up: Stopped out at b/e.

I think it's a case of doing both. I have my positions but it's about being aware of what factors in addition to technicals will/can impact price in short, medium and long term.

Trying another long here at 1.2235, if it fails to go higher and breaks lower of the trendline, no more longs for now.

I closed my longs due to lack of follow through, waiting to go long or short again, I think EU open will decide - but it's best to not take any position now until it's clear, there will be a lot of volatility.

Still short for me today ill take this one now i entered at 1.22600 stop at 1.22800
If this short fails ill be out till next week, price is still in my supply zone its just the US goverment shut down which is causing the EU a pain to trade t***s need to sort their stuff out.

Another bullish day ahead im out, shouldnt be happening price is over extended as it is and should have some sort of correction due to risky to enter long. Will look for a sell set up, today but i cant see it happening.
See how the bullish trend is loosing weakness based on the angles of the swings.
Price has had to grind to get here now despite being bullish

Too many ups and downs imply uncertainty. I would trade at a safe zone, but still strong bullish for me.
I don't think it will go too much below 1.21648 as a support there.

1.22930 a good level to short , fib extensions confluence at 4hr structure .. stops above previous highs at 1.23350 , targeting 1.22 even handle

Good Morning from Scotland. Bit of a late start from me!! EUR/USD looks a bit more lively. My thoughts for today - Long term momentum is still bullish and short term momentum is building nicely. However, price is already > 85% of 1000 average High/low so I'm not going long here. Looking for a spike lower for a long.. entries under 1.2256 me thinks for a short term trade.
