You all got a point. Thank you. Fisher755 i really think it's a good idea. The problem here seems to be in which country one shall contact the authorities. Italy, Cypres, London. There seems to be many options. Well italy might not be the place since i guess (no expert on it but...) one can have registered a domain name wherever. I have a friend here in Sweden that has a domain set up in Germany for example. So that might not be something to go on, but the more information the better it is.

redoktober: Yes, i can confirm those pages myself so yes they are so correct.

sure.
the phone number.
and the address.

probably also have a contact on the net to either local police or interpol, or similar anti fraud org....
since the website status and all up to date, they regularly pay.
if the company registered there, they have to have some accounting, some presence.

maybe not. maybe yes. this point still a long shot, but maybe your best long shot.
there is always, always another trade!!

I talked to this Justin Cohen today again.

At first i didn't talk anything about my money. Just about trading in general. He looked forward to the FOMC later today. Then i mentioned my money and the withdrawals of my 8000 USD. It was almost that he at first had forgotten about me and my account. But as soon as i mentioned the withdrawal request his tone of voice changed. Much harder, annoyed and everything but friendly.
I pushed him a little bit about it and asked if this was a standard policy from Trade-24 to ignore withdrawal request for so long. Well i keept on asking about my money and he got more and more annoyed until he said: "Didn't i told you the last time that you should stop asking for your money. It's not your money".

So there we have it. Trade-24 thinks the clients money is their own money. I mean, if it isn't my money who else's money would it be.

Jolimoey. If i can be of any assistance to you i would gladly help you but these criminals behind bars.

I am sorry to hear that man.

Try to contact a lawyer in Cyprus.

If you need help with Greek language, sent me a pm.

Good luck

Edit: I thought they were registered in Cyprus but can't find anything.
If they are indeed,my offer is still valid.

Yes, it would have been nice but i don't think i can afford to hire a lawyer. They usually don't come cheap.

Perhaps people here that have problems with this broker can join forces against them and split the lawyer cost. That would have been nice.

The director seems to be: Jacob Arye KAMINSKI

This guy seems to be tied to previous related fx products as well.

It looks like this guy is from UK and he lives in China...

Do some more digging and find previous scammed people to file a lawsuit together

I like your thinking. But i guess we will need to be quite many to pull it of with a not-so-expensive cost.

It seems to be no problem to find people at different broker reviews etc that has bad experience with this jokers. But i guess it's a whole other story to get a hold of them and... to quote trading-mast: join forces.

Here's what it means : https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...4#post10322744
All the FF members , every now and then , should take a look at " Scammers - Hall of Shame " thread .
They could learn the names and the methods of many FF scammers : a lot of money could remain in their pockets , rather than in the dirty hands of these delinquents.
