It is also my feeling, that the wave 4 is not finished yet. But the question is: is the recent action a part of the major 4 or only part of a minor 4?

There is a rather slim chance, that the wave 3 up was not finished yet. But my thinking right now is, that wave 3 was finished. And: the B wave of a wave 4 does reach new territory in direction of trend fairly often.

From sentiment perspective it was interesting to see, that the retail crowd, which is overwhelmingly short, did not or only marginally reduce their shorts on the way down to the 1.16 territory. That was a first warning sign, that we would eventually see new highs.


Can you give me direction where I can find material about the Delta cycles?

Check the Dollar index chart starting from the high at 104.50 and you will find out if the EURUSD is in a major or minor 4.

The best start to get information about the Delta cycles is Wilders book - The Delta Phenomenom.

wave red 3 is unfolding as impulse with an extended wave 5


for long term trading it may be interesting to buy the DXY in the roughly 92-91 area already. Oncy the position is green, secure it with SL maybe in the 89 area
