Anybody trade with 10+ lots? Do you see a difference between slippage, limit fills, liquidity? Do you prefer a particular retail broker for the high account size?

A lot of retail brokers offer VIP accounts for large deposits. Here you will get a more individual treatment and partly better or preferred liquidity. By trading 10+ lots you will most likely fulfill the monetary criterias for getting access to these kind of account types.

depends on time of day, currency, trading point. slippage in stop orders is higher, in limits its less then before, but not extrem, but you get very often only partially fills or no fills.

10 lots are not such a problem, most problems start with 50, 100, 200 lots......, but like i told before: depends on time of day, currency, trading point.
as example: eurusd is most of the time without 1 hour around rollover good to trade with 50 lot with out bigger problems, ofcourse spread is higher then with 10 lot or 1 lot, but not extrem.

I trade big size with Interactive broker
here is a pic of IB dome it shows the spread usually 1pip or even less

on big sizes i get partial fills but then it fills quickly. sometimes i get charged execution commissions again.

ok
lets do it in math

if your account is 1:500 leverage

that is meaning

10 lots : 5000 lots in the market

this will cause a shock once you enter the sell or the buy order - once it is filled, the SHARKS begin to follow your trade to hunt your stop loss, if they can not, then they will try to hunt your margin call, if they could not, they will try to fill very small portions against you... in the broker virtual space of course...

what so ever is your account leverage, this rule is true

ok let's do it in this way

if you do not believe me try this experiment on your trading account

try to choose a peaceful time where there is not any news or action in the market

open on your real account randomly 0.01 lot trade, at the same time your order is filled, the market will move against you ( mt 4 will show this ) , your broker server will begin to work against you from the first shot.
GUYS BE AWARE FROM HUNTING YOUR STOP LOSSES BY YOUR BROKER & BY "GHOSTS"

what are you talking about? if you think your broker is working against you on a .01 lot you are sadly mistaken. it is quite easy to trade 10 lots. most guys i know spread orders across a few brokers though not just lump 10 lots on 1 broker but 2 maybe 3. draws less attention and better for the risk as not all your cookies are in 1 jar..

The highest I have used is $90 per lot size, but that was during news. If you talk about normal situations then I prefer using somewhere between $1 or $2 per lot. However, it’s all down to our size of investment and also skill levels. If we go blindly using high lot then we are just inviting trouble and will not move anywhere with such approach! So, it must be done all every wisely or else it can cause huge problem.

whats your calculation?

its crazy argumentation. there are sharks watching us? you are a member of some church or?
who did teach you this crazy staff?

in otc forex market noone watching you, maybe your broker. who did teach you this shark mistake?
but what you write here " if your account is 1:500 leverage that is meaning 10 lots : 5000 lots in the market". if you buy 10 lot you buy 10 lot, noone is interested in leverage.

this will not help really. if you have a good broker you already have this liquity providers all in your account, so each of your accounts simple trades against your other account to get the volume. it can only work with market makers, but if you make good wins they will not do this business with you any longer or send you in a book, and you will again trade against your own accounts with other broker for same volume.

risk would be same or increase (because more difficult so secure money in each broker seperate), the costs are higher often (because you cant aggregate your trade volume to reduce commissions).

I am literally not impressed that easily, but ...

DAFUQ!?!?!?

His (outstanding) returns based on this extremely short timeframe indicate an horrible risk, no matter if he got lucky until now. Taking all this on a 5 million account you definetely need balls..

this is simple fake.
no trader with high volume or high invest would use this broker!

its so easy to see such fakes.
fakes are often done by brokers or affiliate partners. broker can change any numbers later in trades or whatever he want, is simple his money, when many invest in this broker or in this product to follow (only this broker is then allowed for following), they do one bad trade and get all this money (because they have opposite site of trade as marketmaker).
so often doine and still people fall in this bullshit.
