Disliked{quote} Very sorry to hear about your losses. First thing you need to do is stop trading and not try to make up for your losses immediately. You need to review your trades and identify the mistakes you made (technically and emotionally). Do not trade again until you identified your mistakes. And if you start trading again, make sure you don't make the same mistakes again.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Sorry to hear about your disastrous session last night. Would be a good idea to put up your targeted Area of Interest here for other members to comment or feedback. You have done well to keep posting your trades here on the thread as it keeps you answerable for the trades you take. I have also benefited from doing so and keeps my discipline in check(most of the time). You may want to take a step back and review your demo trades. Draw up a new trading plan base on your winning trades from the demo account and trade strictly to this plan....Ignored

Disliked{quote} Thanks for the video Ken love it and yes trading isn't easy now i do realise it. For the past 1 year which i was on demo i kept telling myself that i can control my emotion and follow my rules it was all going well and i was so sure that i can replicate those emotions when i go live, but now i guess i was wrong but thanks again for the encouragement.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Agree with PeterT keep posting you chart in this thread en we will try to help each other. You say that you are trading on a live account, how long have you been trading MR.pip's system? Edit: i see that you already was a full year on demo {quote}Ignored
Disliked{quote} yes i have been trading demo since last year and i decided to go live last month with the encouragement of my wife. At first i thought everything would be easy and i can just simply replicate the emotions but clearly when real money is involve a greater amount of discipline is require for me to follow my set of rules.Ignored
DislikedPretty bad day for me today as well, didn't know trading on live account can make a person lose his mind so easily, thought i could handle it but i guess i was wrong. Almost did not want to make my post here today but since i decided to make here a place to keep track of my performance i had to do so. NQ: Expectation: NSH / Result -163 pips: i really have no idea why did i even enter those trades after the first 1 - Really shouldn't do it again. Does anyone here have suggestions on how do you regain your composure after...

Disliked{quote} Thanks Peteryes now that i am calm again and slowly review my trade last night i realise that most of my trade yesterday were based on my emotion and i was struggling to try to recover my losses after my first loss. Now that i am looking at my chart again, i realise that i was trying to trade a potential retracement to at least the 38.2 since there was structure there and possible chance of me taking the long after the retracement. My expectation on that day was for a NSH base on the momentum and projection in the day and i should...

Disliked{quote} Thanks for the encouraging words... i always save such motivating words somewhere.... When things don't go right i open and read... Thanks again Peter..... Good morning USDJPY... Expectation NSH....Ignored
Disliked{quote} Good morning! On the intraday it's NSH and also on longer term. But I don't know how to feel about it. Price made quite a deep correction on the longer term (past 78.6) after making a kind of weak NSH. So seeing a little weakness on the bulls on long term. And I may be mistaking but also seeing more accumulation from the bears yesterday and today. Maybe in preparation of a move down? I'll keep it in mind, not sure what direction to trade yetBut expectation is NSH for sure.
