Terrible day for trading, we're on the high impact S/R 12670.0, be honestly, I have no idea where is the next target, but I bet on short now. H1 channel is broken, and it came back for touch it. I would like to say we are heading down and bubble burst finally after 12 months of pumping, I don't think 13000.0 is possible after this PA, but let's see.

It's not really I am just trying do my best after 8 hours shift at work, that's my kind of meditation. Once, I am able to deal with my emotions, every day is win for me. I have no daily/weekly/monthly goals anymore, just entry and exit, that's only ones I am focused on when I trade.

Last 2 trades were a mistake I selected the wrong set file for the TM, by the time I realized, the TPs had been hit after that we were close to the final destination so I left it be as I still had 2 running probably for the best because I would have moved to BE quite quickly at this point to avoid any drawdown so I would have been stopped for BE anyway, so the mistake made me 6 pips more.

Check out the Pin Bar on the 1 hr, that is the MMs putting the lid on the barrel, some body with deeper pockets than the MMs has just made a significant withdrawl from their trading accounts!! The currencies have done nothing, so this is not the ECB playing silly buggers.

12500, if it broke this we were supposed to head further down but wait, DAX has a habit of reversing, let´s see if it stays below because then there is that very big GAP to fill.

Sorry, but that would be a lot of painting and marking, same it's not needed, clues on this kind of PA are visible as Fiat Multipla on the Ferarri meeting.

Short, as I wrote yesterday... but I am trader, not analyst, that was just a short note to think about.

If anybody is wondering why this happend, there are few simple reasons - 12 months of pumping without any significant correction, that's a huge bubble. Absolutely overvalued indices, just look at DOW, FTSE, ITA40, all pumped to sky. The huge GAP (still not filled yet) near 12100 is another point to look seriously for a short. Analysts completely wrong all the time, I check their analysis almost every day and I believe the construction worker has more in common with real trading. Not a worth write more about them. More important is the fact how many people believed them, I saw 30-60k$ losses today (Margin Calls). And far more interesting is, how this situation repeats everytime the markets rapidly falls or rises. I don't wanna judge, but it's pure emotional failure, the traders are able to build up their accounts from few hundred to 50-100k dollars and ruin it with 1 position without SL. If I had to choose only 1 rule which would be my only one to run trading career seriously, it would be "Always have a stop loss, tight stop loss". I got couple of MCs in past because of this simple rule I broke. Not an expensive books about trading psychology, not a personal mentor or hundred $ lessons, it's as simple as setting your SL everytime you press BUY or SELL.

I have been following this thread recently and like what I see.
I have looked around for some useful scripts and a couple of alerts that may be useful.

The scripts make reversing a position or closing a position very quick.

The Bull Bear Candle has a nice voice alert for a bullish close (male) and a bearish close (female).
You will need to put the two sound files in your sounds folder to get it to work.

The other alert, places a visual alert on your chart at places where the bars are changing color.

The idea is to keep the chart clean.



I think that the alerts and scripts are useful and don't get in the way.

I can recommend Baking Soda with a drop of water, make it into a fine paste and you will get the cleanest charts you have ever traded off.

Great trades, congratulation!! Very good, I like it!
When I look at your trades I see it is getting better and better with every chart you are posting, its the same with me. Something made click in my head and now it works much better. First I tought its because I took away all indicators, but I think its the time we always trade the same method and so our feeling for price action is getting better.
Its what PhilippineFX and Dee wrote very often in this thread ....... it works, but it is neccesary to train it, it needs time to get a feeling for price action.
Did not post charts for some time, should do it again.
