Yes I do question everything
birth rates are falling without doubt
then I see the only theory will be right but I won't be around to see it
you'd have to show me something to say different to say its wrong

I'm going to have to look at a lot more of his work though - that content was excellently explained.

So 11bn it is.

So that's 4 bn televisions 12bn next gen mobile phones then there's - tablets - computers - Cars - trucks - fridges et al. all being required as Africa starts becoming a little less poor. And the food chain. Industries to support that. Research to make that food supply increase possible.

Seems to me like a number of companies can do really quite well off the back of this in the next 50 years before they plateau along with population levels.

OK so either there's gonna be more people to sell stuff to or there's gonna be even more people to sell stuff to (reading between the line here). The question is how soon will they be able to afford them? Either way markets are expanding and investment opportunities will abound. that's the mesage I'm taking from this. Am I wrong?

Methinks if you can afford a Mil and a half upwards you can probably afford a good private school - Westminster School is but a short journey and it is one of the best in the country although your offspring will probably end up like Clegg (isn't he an OW?)

A relative of mine said something similar to me recently and my response to him(and you) was

Depends on the area. £500k is minimum for a 4 bed detached in the southern half of the country. Decent sized, £600k+. Within 1 hour of London, £800k+. Inside M25, easily £1m+.

Plus I would rather my kids go to a good grammar than private. I want them to earn it, not be given it.
