Add Email and Alert to Indicator

Hi All,
I have been using the TTM indicator for awhile. Please load it on a chart so you can see what I am talking about. The 0.0 line shows Lime Green and Blue dots.

I would like an email alert and pop-up alert to happen when this line changes color. I also need the ability to turn them off and on.

Please let me know if anyone is interested.
