Messy PA so far 2 ok wins, a small loss and a small win. Lets see what happens with PA. I'd like to see it consolidate for a bit.

Just watching PA is sloppy mess too many large candles, want to see some consolidation, with BB's tightening.
I'm done for the day, plus my patience is lacking today. Also my wife is actually up early, So we're going for a walk on the beach, then for some brunch. Enjoy your day.
Decided to wait for re test of large bearish bar. Got out when stalling at support.
Think it's the last day of my demo trial with ninjatrader today, could do with a platform in the UK.

Just realised the chart data series had changed to minute instead of heiken ashi, no idea how!

Big day again, huge opening win , followed by a combo of 2 losses and 3 more wins. Pa lately seems to overreact to news then eventually reverse big back to where it started more or less.

This thread was an evolution of systems evolving and changing over time. I started slowly after being away travelling with my wife for a year or so, until the Covid quarantines hit. It was a way to fill the hours of being quarantined. If you run through the thread you'll see the trading evolving as I become more comfortable with the action speeding up. Ultimately whatever systems I traded, the basis is the same Price structure and money/risk management. I think any of the systems shown on the thread work well if you use these 2 things as the primary basis. It's not the system it's the trader that creates success.
I am very fond of the system I was using previous to this one with the heiken ashi/renko hybrid candles, the ema tunnel, cumulative delta and the macd. The one I'm trading now is a golden oldie from my earlier days with BB's with 10ema, 10 period RSI and 6 period ADX.
Look at the charts and I think its evident what my entries are and also my exits. If you have questions fire away.
The most important part of the trading is finding a system which works and can be adapted to work with your psyche. Comfort brings consistency and consistency leads to profitability.

I hope you're doing well, ready for the weekend!

Reading this thread has been a lot of fun and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for simplicity, or even just for the entertainment factor. A few points were continuously highlighted whenever anyone asks you about how you trade. Which were consistently the following: paying attention to price action, risk management, money management, keeping trading simple, trade the way you personally enjoy trading and last but not the least, repetition of the same simple process consistently.

I wanted to ask if you could expand on the price action part please; the way you see it, what you avoid and what gets you ready to pull the trigger. A few points that I have read in this thread about price action trading were: NOT trading into support/resistance, being aware of overly choppy price action going into the session.

It would be fantastic to read your thoughts on the subject of price action and how it affects your positioning. I'm sure it would make an excellent read. (Also, I agree, cumulative delta that RickM got into the thread is something quite amazing)
