Yes. Then it must be validated with The V shape fractal formations. That kind of price action patterns are not reliable for me on anything lower than D1. Just my advice

can someone upload the fractal indi. The one that comes with MT4 has no option to change periods. Thanks

To make it clear jrc fractals is a zigzag indi. The one I provide in the last post is a real fractal indi with period change option. I dont use it cause I confirm fractals with the price action but maybe is useful for someone. The fractal adjustable lookback indi with 3 period doesnt repaint once the signal is formed so its nice to backtest.
To make it non repainting the lookback needs to be 3. and then the fractal will appear on the open of the third bar. thus meeting Williams definition. and will not disappear.

If you want it to act like the MT4 version set the lookback to 2. The Offset is how far from the high or low to draw the arrow. Default is 10 pips away.

i read that you are trading indices also. if so, are you using your fractals indicator? i trade indices also by using mt5 but dont have a way to use your fractals with it.
