Indian Stocks under Rs 500 - A statistical approach

Hi,

This thread is intended to cover Indian Stock Market profit gainers everyday. We will target to have weekly target of INR 1,000 only for first 3 months. Monday and Friday will have no trades.

I will try to publish the prediction on daily basis - meaning Mon to Fri, but tradable days are only Tue, Wed and Thu.

The prediction will be just "Call" or "Put", One scorecard will be attached for successful prediction +1 and for negative -1.

The method is a statistical approach applied on various factors - seasonal effect, PE value, bonus or dividend declaration etc. will discuss later.

This thread is dedicated to my buddies who requested for a thread dedicated only for Indian stock instruments.

Prediction format & Scorecard:

This is Intraday call, meaning all the trades opens at 10:00 AM IST and closes at 4:00 PM IST, based on your broker this timing may vary. I am providing the prediction one day early, meaning on 16th I am publishing 17th prediction.

Stocks which are valued more than INR 500 are excluded from the analysis. Also, few stocks less than INR 100 are excluded (with few exemption).

Although, it will take time to explain the whole methodology about this statistical approach.

But, few things which considered here are ->
A) strong bullishness - even it is a new stock for example, Ujjivan.
B) strong bearishness
C) weakness or strength on multiple time frames
D) Continuous gainer
E) Continuous loser
F) Actively traded stocks
G) P/E ratio is good/bad

3. JNSP - is having a clear bull signal for today so - it discards the projection.

4. BRTI is up at the moment - projection is still valid.

APSE is up, but the projection is still valid.

ITC invalidates PUT option.

7. ZEE - PUT option is still valid

8. BANH - going as per plan - PUT!

9. RATB - PUT set up is still valid.

10. NKHL - set for PUT is still valid.

Money management chart: Here is a sample of Risk allocation, re-entry on the same day is not recommended, however entry time can be - day open price + 2 hours max.

End of each trading day - a fresh re-scan of the stock portfolio is needed.

Same stock with different direction is not recommended, meaning if Day 1-2 prediction is "Call" we wont change it to "Put" in middle of the week. So, we will go by the below rules -
A) Replace it with some other potential signal
B) waiting for re-entry on same direction, stake/risk will be as per the day's risk - eg. 1% on Day 2, 1.2% on day 3, 1.5% on Day 4.

Same rule goes for winning stock as well, at the end of the day all predictions needs to be re scanned.

Monitoring - Prediction is based on Weekly performance but expiry is daily, once the trades are placed at Daily open+ 2hours max, then we need to wait for expiry as per your broker.

i see you have selected from futures universe. how did you short list the 10 stocks.
have you setup any scanner for this.
