Okay actually I do hope to make money. I actually trade this pair a fair amount more than I report in this journal. In this journal I am only reporting a new strategy that I've been demo testing for 6 months, and have now been live with it for 2weeks. It is strictly time based. Nothing else. I do not use any indicators or levels of support and resistance.

So far it has proven to be very reliable on the short side and the idea is that it's for a small amount of pips with a large lot size(I'm very conservative, my large lot size is about 2% of my total equity). My stop is very tight, about 8-10pips.

We have mixed indicators -- 169.00 seems to be a solid support level
now, and we're still testing 170.00 (169.96 yesterday), but the COT
indicators are bearish on it (source: PFX EUR/JPY page):
