Stop trading if xxx profit reach or lose

I need EA

1 - Close (TP) when profit :

a - single position is %
b - all acount is %

2 - Close (SL) all when minus is %

a - single position is %
b - all acount is %

3 - Tab on chart 'closed all now'

Please help me
