Be relaxed. Don't do meth before trading. Rub one out like 15 minutes before you trade, that should keep you relaxed in the first hour. If you feel tense, repeat as necessary. Make sure you go to the bathroom before the session too to clean out your system.

If you think this is inappropriate, you trade a small account and don't know anything.
