DislikedIf you don't know what you are writing about, better keep your mouth shut...Ignored
DislikedIf you read the thread, I do not see much pure GMMA here... I see many forms of Multiple Moving Averages on this threadIgnored
DislikedI can recognize shameless self-promotion from a mile away, thanks very much.
And less about GMMA, with you peddling your e-book. Sales pretty slow then, eh?Ignored
DislikedSales is great without any promotion... I am not a snake oil salesman to rely on e-book sales for living... making enough pips everyday...
Pips are few for you to hunt? No volume or liquidity in your ECN? Cast a big fish net may be... More GMMA and Multiple Moving Averages may help you make that net...
Have you contributed anything productive here? :surprisedIgnored
DislikedJust my oppinion, LT you have totally died this thread. Don't be so rude and let the people choose the method which will suit them.Ignored

DislikedWow a member for almost two years and this is your first post. This thread died because people were talking shit and not showing analysis or ideas, not that it was a popular thread to begin with but I like to discuss the guppy method as it is one of my tools.
Typical guppy squeeze on NZD/USD daily, waiting for break out which might be happening nowIgnored
DislikedThat's why we call them lurkers and parasites... Suddenly they come out of their shell or from their dreams and bash people who contributed to GMMA, HMMA, and Rainbow (CyroxMMA), without knowing the facts - All multiple moving averages...Ignored
DislikedAnother proof of your rudeness.... People CAN formulate their oppinion, even it is their first contribution in the forum.
Look at the title of this thread and stop advertise your Rainbow here. I believe both method have their advantages and disadvantages. I personaly prefer GMMA, it looks more clear to me. If somebody is interested in Rainbow, there is no problem to find other forums including yours to read about it.Ignored
DislikedHi all, I used multiple MA like GMMA or HMMA and I think this is great indicator for trending market for short or long term but it doesnt work well for sideways/ranging market or reversal, sometimes i've problem with that, is there any indicator to identify sideways or reversal? i need help.
Thanx.Ignored

Dislikedguppy is telling us that GBP is going down. stop loss placed at latest high. 1% risked in this tradeIgnored
DislikedI have been playing around with a Trix, which is a triple EMA, and although it gives much the same signals as a MACD, it also seems to lead the MACD somewhat.
On the attached screenshot, I have a M60 Trix overlaid on the M15 Chart, with the stoch and MACD (as a comparison) set to the settings shown earlier in the thread.
The most left hand line is when the Trix signaled the move. At this point, the ST GMMA's as still messy. The stoch confirms it at this point as well.
