No myth, stops are hunted as the banks have the advantage of seeing where orders, stop losses and take profits are situated. Either don't mind being stop hunted because if you can make more on your wins than losses it doesn't matter or you put your stops a little further away. After being stop hunted a few times you'll know where not to put your stops.
Problem if your stops are further way, if it's not a stop hunt and price keeps heading opposite than your direction, your losses get bigger
Just learn Akim's method, it'll help greatly in avoiding large losses

I believe it's a trend line breakout that will now act as support for any retracement....can be wrong, do own analysis
