2 bites of this cherry today. Trail stop kicked me the first trade but jumped in again. overall about 2% gain today between the 2 trades.

Just a thought...

Maybe you can find a code to keep your trailing stop a couple of pips above the average. That way on a good run like this you wouldn't be stopped out. The downside to that would be in a choppy market you would be stopped out.

Here's another trade to finish the day off. Dollar news not good at NY open so takes a look at the H4.

Looks like the H4 needs to make a Bear support candle to take price lower maybe. Possible Bull divergence on the cards. What's on the H1 chart?

Again bull divergence showing up here. So lets take a looksee at the M5.

More bull divergence and price trying to get above the EMA. Lets take a punt on a long trade with a target of the H4 EMA around 50 pips away so my SL is around 25. Need to be careful when price is at the M15 EMA as it could bounce back down again.
Need to put more effort into the lotsizes but very happy today.

I used to do this constantly calculating my lot sizes for the distance to travel. It is a pain to do, and market moves whilst doing it.

This is why I resolved this problem with my 20:40 target so my lot size always remains the same at least for the week. At the weekend I recalibrate the size and again run with that for the week.

I can at any time add to winning positions to compound the winnings.

I just like to make things easier for myself instead of stuffing around with calculations I can concentrate more on the analysis.
Today I have no targets other than to call this 4 hour an AB=CD. I would wait to see if the price can make the average LL.

The averages are being squeezed together which may be down to the NFP today. Anyway, the word is take care.

When I can't see a destination, I just don't trade until I can.
