hum...this is really easy...are you sure you've given it a serious thought already and couldn't find the answer on your own?

a Higher High is formed simply when a bar has the High value (of the session) higher than the High of the previous bar. Think in numerical values.

when this condition is met it will also reflect visually on the chart as simply an ascending formation.

the reverse is true for lower lows.
after 9:15 you had three higher highs...you also had three higher closes...
