Your question is relevant, but not in the right direction! Don't worry about Metaquotes. They are very small fish in the sea.
You should worry about the big sharks. Google, Facebook, Microsoft.....the large telecommunication companies,..... and the intelligence agencies. Because these are the people who track every single person on the planet!
If you are connected to the internet, regardless of the device or the operating system there is 99,9% chance that someone somewhere is logging every single step you make. Everything is recorded. Of course, they may not be able to identify you personally if you use proxy, but the information is recorded.
The bots, the tracking systems, keyloggers, keyword traffic filters, geo-location systems.... the list is very long. They have access to your computer at any time.
The camera, the microphone, all of your files...... If you don't believe me, just read the privacy agreements. It's all there!
In case you don't know, in 2017, the Information is the most valuable commodity in the world!
They don't track you or me or anyone individually because we are interesting, instead they track everyone, build and store database, and then by using special search engines, with AI they can find anything. People, places, patterns in the data..."terrorists", criminals, opponents..... This is what intelligence agencies do! That's why their are called intelligence! Because they work with information. They are the masters of information.
Do not forget Snowden ! He proved, that all of this is real and not just some conspiracy theory. By the way the term "conspiracy theorist"was invented by CIA in the 1950's in order to discredit journalists, researchers and other awake people who may expose them and their master plan to rule the world.
