A couple of really simple MT4 questions

Two things I'm looking for in MT4 and can't seem to find.

1) Is there a setting within MetaTrader, or some kind of indicator out there that can give the High and Low price for a pair over a particular period? Can you set it to show a custom timed bar or similar?

2) Can someone point me in the direction of an indicator or EA that will give an alert if a bar closes above a particular MA from below it, or vice versa?
