thanks, im definatly learning i need to start using stop losses lmao, i didnt use any leveradge and im only setting small amounts of money on each trade, (right now im down about 13gbp and my lowest sell is at 1.04862 (UK) thanks for the advise ima start putting stop losses on every trade because even tho it feels like im getting more trades right than wrong when i get them wrong im loosing allot more money, Nazzcus ur a G thanks for the reply

The Way That Most Books Recommend:
BEFORE opening any order you already have had to decided where you would close the order in case you are wrong!
Once price hits that level your SL should do it for you or you close manually without hesitation.

Unorthodox Way:
if you have the time to watch screens, you could decide to close or not based on your ninja gut feelings that come with experience.
You would watch and try to catch a bouncing spot that could turn PA in your favor. But in such case you are risking to lose a little more than planned.

In either case PLAN FIRST... MICRO DECIDE later... AND if you find yourself in such a moment NEVER PANIC!

thanks ATA that makes allot of sense, ill do that on every trade i do from now on, so far ive been relying on that ninja gut haha and its pretty hit or miss,

i know its impossible to predict but anyone have a suggest zone where prices might drop to if there is a reversal?

We have a lot of immediate imbalance down below. Need to see that filled before any higher imo. We have core PCE and some other stuff coming up. Maybe that would do it.

It hit the target and resistance rejected the price. For now while under 1.0520 I'm on sell mode only and will look for scalp entries.

Got shorts at 1.0450. Targeting 1.0340 area. No stops right now but I am thinking to add more shorts if 1.0530 is tested, and maybe stops above 1.0640. Not sure what next week brings and I have other fish to fry today.

likely price will probably retest 1.04300 then proceed upward with momentum to break 1.05000 upto 1.06000-1.07000 b4 GDP release strike down again

The dollar index extends its decline, and the EURUSD extends its gains. It seems the USD is weakening.

Quick H1 Outlook

  1. Bulls kept eagerly pushing until the end of week.. and now we are above weekly resistance!
  2. Next week I want to continue to buy the dips, anticipating that my red zone will probably turn into support.
  3. If red zone acts supportive, I will stay long and keep buying dips until failure.
  4. However, if bears drag candles easily below the red zone, I would switch back to selling. For now there is no clue for that though, so bullish it is!

*FYI: over the last 3 to 4 years, where I became more and more stubborn to stay with the trend, I realized that the MACD divergence did actually more harm than good. Therefore, excluding very extreme cases, I decided to fully ignore MACD divergence and stick with the trend until failure.
